Pet Portraits

I have a range of products for pet portraits and variations. Below is a list of the different portraits I do with loads of details that may answer many of your questions. All portraits are painted using Acrylic Paint unless you wish to have a pencil sketch version (please contact me for quotes). Scroll through my prices to see one that suits you best and we can go from there, if you don't see something that you won't please contact me with your ideas. Wish to see examples? Go here.

Canvas Portraits
  • 8x10 inches           £35
  • 14x11 inches         £45
  • 18x14 inches         £55
  • 12x12 inches         £50

My canvas portraits are just the canvas painted. Postage is not included in the price, this is a extra £4 on top of the price. All prices stated above are for a single pet painted if you wish to add more then one animal then add £10 on top. Please scroll down for more information before ordering.

Paper Portraits
  • A4     £40 unframed
  • A3     £50 unframed

Currently only have two sizes for these, if you would like a different size then please let me know by contacting me and I will be happy to help. Again all prices stated are for a single pet painting please add an extra £10 for more than one pet. Postage for these is a extra £4 on top of the price. Please scroll down for more information before ordering.

Slate Portraits
  • Large Heart Wall Hanging     £35
  • Small Heart Wall Hanging     £25

My slate hearts come in two sizes large and small. My small one will only fit one painting compared to the larger ones. These have been very popular and look great in shabby chic styled homes. Each slate heart comes with a brown rope for hanging but this can be changed to a ribbon or any decoration of your choice for an extra £2! If you wish to add an extra animal to the slate, so if you would more than one dog for example it is a extra £5 pet head (this is only available on the larger slate). If you would like sizes more accurately then please email me at claireeyi@icloud.com

Phone Case Portrait
  • All Phone Types       £15
  • iPad Case                £30 (will fit two animals on)
Phone Cases and iPad Cases are all hard plastic and clear cases. I used acrylic paint to paint the picture you have ordered onto the cases and then use a clear gloss varnish over the top for protection. Aftercare I do advise my customers to use a clear nail polish if they would like to help protected their painting. I do not offer returns unless the painting have started to flake off, chips do not count. Once the case has been dropped or damaged I can not accept a return based on quality concerns.

How to Order
Please email me either using the contact form or email me directly at claireeyi@icloud.com. When sending photos please send no more than 2 per email. I will reply the same day to confirm I have received your email and will contact with more detail. I work on a first come first come basis so please get your orders in as soon as possible, I give two weeks for the portrait to be completed as I have a full time job as well. I can arrange gift cards if your portrait is planned for a gift and won't be ready in time (please plan in advance).

Once receiving the email I will then look at your photographs and talk you through the options on what would be great for the portraits as well as if I can actually work from your photograph. Once confirming the order I will need to accept a £5 deposit to secure the portrait, just so it covers some of the price if you decide against the portrait.

Photos
I can only work from good quality photos where I can see the animal clearly, this is for your benefit as well as the better the photo means the better quality painting. It will work easier if you can send the photo over email. If you need help with advice on photos please email me (bare in mind I am not an expert).

Payment
I accept PayPal as a form of payment, cash in hand (if you live near) or cheque by post. I can only send the painting once I received FULL payment not just the deposit, I will have to wait the cheque to arrive and have it cleared before sending the painting (make it payable to Miss Clair Isaac). Once payment is recieved and all cleared I will send you a parcel number and a photo of the receipt (I send everything second class signed for).

Delivery
There are two choices for this you can either pick up your portrait from me directly or I can post your portrait. I am in Mid Wales so if you would like to pick it up please email me stating this anytime after ordering I can give you my address otherwise I can use Royal Mail. I send everything out as second class signed for unless requested for something else, there is a slight charge for this and this will be stated after ordering, if you order from Etsy this is a fixed price. Parcels are secured and the painting will be protected, I mainly use bubble wrap and tissues paper when sending out my paintings. No postage costs are included in any of the prices stated on this page, they are an extra cost.

About Me

Clair Isaac

My name is Clair Isaac and I am 20 years old. I have been painting animals since 2013 but only set up a part time business in 2016. I love animals and love painting so being able to combine the two is amazing! I live in rural Mid Wales with my Parents and my brother where I lived all my life. I have one dog who is a all white sheepdog with a tiny bit of black on her who is a family pet and has been for 13 years. I also have a gorgeous cat who is a Tortoiseshell Cat who I have had for 4 years.

I started painting dogs first during my A Levels and drawing sheep later on, this is where my love for drawing and painting animals came from. Since completing my A Levels I then went to complete a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design where I tried lots of new styles and techniques but still wanted to draw and paint animals, this is where I discovered I wanted to take this love further so I created my Facebook page while still in college and then later on in 2016 created a small website. My ultimate dream is to be able to do this full time and be able to live off my art and be my own boss. I take commissions for pet portraits in a range of products as well as creating my own paintings of farm animals and wildlife.

♥ Thank You for reading and I hope you enjoy looking through my work. ♥
